Nick-named “Nermy,” this young bird boy seems to have been caught up in Scarfy’s schemes. Since Nermy is mute, we are not sure why Nermy is working with him. Scarfy is using the arms of his scarf-self to make up for Nermy’s lack of arms, so the partnership seems mutually beneficial for the time being.
