Capricorn (literal translation, the goat). Capricorn is the Jester-dressed Spirit of Jocularity. His month is called Joculary. A time of pranks, jokes, and laughter, this clownish goat is known for his trademark baa-ing laughs. It was said he was from a small village that had fallen to sickness. Hearing that laughter was the best medicine, he went around cheering everyone up and making them laugh as much as possible. It worked, the villagers got better! However, he ended up getting sick just as it seemed gone, and was hit worst of all. He was cracking jokes on his deathbed, transforming the tears of sadness to ones of laughter. His dying breath was a confession of joy at seeing everyone’s happy smiles. After his body was buried, a strange anthropomorphic jester goat showed up at random, insisting on doing the eulogy. Three jokes in, the crowd realized he’d been reborn as a Spirit and was making fun at his own funeral.
